WHEN LIFE IS TOUGH, BUT STAIRS ARE MAKING IT TOUGHER.

It may surprise you that despite being an international metropolitan, Hong Kong still is clustered with tenements without elevators. Compelled to rely on stairs, residents are in the long run prone to knee problems, for stair climbing put additional stress on the knees and wears off the kneecaps. To make the situation worse, these apartments are resided mainly by the elderly. Not only are their knee pains intensified, but the shabby staircases also introduce potential hazards to their daily lives. It is likewise disheartening to recognize the obstacles which people with mobility disadvantages confront. One example would be the temples. Generally located on high grounds due to religious practices, temples tend to greet the public with steep stairs and rolling hill roads. Thus, notwithstanding their wills, pilgrims may be kept dispiritedly away from the temples.

THE “STEPS OF GOOD DEEDS” CAMPAIGN

In the hope of easing the abovementioned issues, we strive to put forward the “Steps of Good Deeds” campaign with our patent [全地形爬樓機器人]. It is granted with a product safety certification, and we are confident to present it as the safe and reliable remedy for all. From tenements in the community to uphill temples, our service is free of charge and is spreading to assist every sector of the public in going up and down slopes. Religion and lives should never be hindered by physical terms, while safety hazards on the stairs must be prevented with best endeavours.

Through the campaign, we aim to establish coverage over the 18 districts and a wider service scope within the society. Our daily operation is supported by donations, and we cordially invite you to join us and construct together a barrier free environment for all. Every donation to the “Steps of Good Deeds” Campaign guides us closer to our goal and contributes to create an inclusive community.
